Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations, changes, or modifications cannot be processed.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team at support@complex.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return or exchange process to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Accepted reports for damage are as follows:
- Rips
- Tears
- Misprints
- Holes
- Visible Adhesives
To expedite your request, please retain all original packaging and documentation, as these may be required for processing your return or exchange.
Refund Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, and will be issued upon receiving the item back at our warehouse. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
International orders are not eligible for returns; however, if you provide proof of a damaged or incorrect product, we will issue a refund accordingly.
